Introduction

MASSA IZOLYATOR MEHRU PRIVATE LIMITED

Mehru and Russia based Company Massa LLC (Izolyator Company), in collabration formed the company Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd (MIM Pvt. Ltd ). The JV company will do complete manufacturing and services of HV RIP bushings rated up to 420kV in production facilities based at Bhiwadi, India.

On October 30, 2019, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India issued a Certificate of Incorporation in accordance with Indian law of the Russian-Indian joint venture Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd.
Creation of MIM Pvt. Ltd is indeed a specific project strategically targeted not only for the Indian Power sector market but also aimed to become a part of the international professional community.

History Massa LLC (Izolyator Company)

Izolyator Plant was founded in 1896 at the former settlement of Vsekhsvyatskoye, at the suburb of Moscow.
In the beginning of the 20th century, the plant manufactured, among other products, low voltage porcelain insulators for telegraph and telephone lines, as well as for the railway. Soon, Izolyator Plant became successful in porcelain electrical product manufacturing, which was proved by a golden medal awarded at the Brussels International Exhibition in 1905.

About Massa LLC (Izolyator Company)

Izolyator Company develops, manufactures, and provides maintenance services for 12–1200 kV AC and DC bushings. The enterprise is the only Russian plant involved in ultra-high voltage bushing development, manufacturing, and testing. Until 2007, Russian high voltage bushings were manufactured at Moscow A. Barkov Izolyator Plant founded in 1896. Over 500 000 high voltage bushings were manufactured and now being used at most of the power facilities in Russia and CIS countries, as well as in 26 countries all over the world.

Agreement

Joint Indian-Russian venture Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. (MIM) was created by Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd. and Izolyator to organize production of high- voltage bushings with solid RIP insulation in India. The agreement on the establishment of MIM was signed by the heads of participating enterprises at the Izolyator International Technical Conference in India in May 2019.
